Caroline has been a guest consultant for organisations in Asia and Europe, working in the following ways:

Recent projects include; facilitating online and real-time interaction between members of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Councils, a network of 1500 world experts, across a range of issues, including water security, ocean health, sustainable consumption, the arts, leadership, changing demographics and behaviour change; advising on strategy, product development and fundraising for Paris Sinfonietta.
Past clients include Educamp, Hong Kong; Nalandaway, India; Forum for the Young Global Leaders of the World Economic Forum; and Hong Kong government schools.
Through her work with Hua Dan, she has also designed programmes for employees from Goldman Sachs, Citibank, Mercy Corps, UNESCO, International Labour Organisation, Apax and Leadersquest, amongst others.
Caroline has also a background in facilitation and workshop leadership, often using theatre and other creative-based methodologies to bring people together and work on both small and large-scale projects.

Current projects include chief facilitator of the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council’s Toplink platform, facilitating dialogue between 1500 global experts on themes ranging from water security, design and innovation, conflict resolution, new financial models and urbanisation.

The workshop is designed for intermediate-level English speakers and above, for those professionals who often work in international settings and wish to advance their career on the global stage.
