Consulting

Caroline has been a guest consultant for organisations in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America, using her background in facilitation, event management and workshop leadership, often using theatre and other creative-based methodologies, to bring people together and work on both small and large-scale projects. Topics include:

Organisational transformation

Leadership development for top teams

Strategy and relationship development

Leadership presence

Storytelling and communications

Empowering teams for improved organisational efficiency

Applying creative solutions to troubleshoot operational issues

Developing theatre and arts-based creative approaches to education and training

Facilitating dialogue and interaction in companies, at events and on social media platforms

Advising on strategy and business development

Women's Leadership

Her approach encompasses techniques that
a) Develop awareness around a particular challenge that a company might be experiencing and how they solve it
b) Bring about behaviour-change to effect large-scale transformation in organisations

What is key is that the workshops are practical, going beyond simply 'teaching' theory in a classroom-style format towards actually getting participants up and active in their learning, role-playing and 'rehearsing for real life' the situations they face and ways to bring about resolution.

Projects are bespoke and, as such, pricing is available on request.

Hire Caroline

You’ve helped us not just as leaders, but as creative thinkers, on a personal level and on so many other levels.  These sessions create the kind of 10X thinking that we need.  The ideas I’ve generated through this, for example, the idea of a creating an entirely new creative industry for our country, is such a big idea, and it came directly through the coaching sessions.  I can’t really put it into words what the coaching has done for me.  It has been life-changing’

'I was amazed at how easily it was to work with people that I hardly knew'

'I had so much fun'

"Every team brings a different perception....and it shows me that even if we have different perceptions we have the same alignment'

'When we let go by having fun....you can really create a connection that is much stronger'

'It is amazing how you can relax and have a lot of energy at the same time.  The character building was especially interesting and how the story developed....the process can help us think about how we got to the end product'
