Caroline has been a guest consultant for organisations in Asia and Europe, using her background in facilitation and workshop leadership, often using theatre and other creative-based methodologies, to bring people together and work on both small and large-scale projects.
Her approach encompasses techniques that a) Develop awareness around a particular challenge that a company might be experiencing and how they solve it b) Bring about behaviour-change to effect large-scale transformation in organisations
What is key is that the workshops are practical, going beyond simply 'teaching' theory in a classroom-style format towards actually getting participants up and active in their learning, role-playing and 'rehearsing for real life' the situations they face and ways to bring about resolution.
